Towelroad is commenting on reports in Big Head DC and other sources that the real reason that Senator Lott has announced his retirement is the impending revelation that he has had a relationship with gay escort Benjamin Nicholas. Nicholas has written columns on escorting for a Seattle Newspaper.
Until recently Lott was close with Senator Larry Craig prior to his own airport bathroom sex scandal.
